The smallest unit on a clock is one second. But the smallest unit in a video camera is 1/30 second. To film 60 frames, it takes two seconds. The relationship between still frames and “still” seconds led me to a clock consisting of video stills. . . . Sheets of paper filmed at 30 frames/sec and converted to 1 frame/sec.
